April Burson
April Burson is a Broker Associate with Coastal Life Properties and serves as the Women’s Council of Realtors Space Coast 2024 Events Director and 2025 President-Elect. She is an Air Force veteran, a dedicated wife, and a mother. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
April is passionate about serving her community through real estate and her involvement in local charities, including the Space Coast Jeep Club. Since becoming a graduate of the 2024 LEAP Leadership Program, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to growth and advocacy within the real estate industry.
Angel Decker
Born and raised in Colorado, Angel Decker relocated to Florida in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of diverse experience. With 14 years as a dialysis technician and a background in corrections for both youth and adults in Colorado, Angel has developed a strong foundation in compassion, patience, and understanding.
She began her real estate career in 2020 as an unlicensed assistant for her husband, obtaining her real estate license in 2022. Initially focused on general real estate, Angel transitioned to new home construction for nine months before realizing her passion for general real estate and returning to her brokerage, NextHome at the Beach.
Now entering her third year in real estate, Angel is proud to be one of four owners of the newly merged brokerage, NextHome Endless Summer. As a dedicated mother of four boys and the wife of a disabled Marine veteran, Angel's life experiences fuel her commitment to helping others on their journey to homeownership while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

After transitioning from a previous career, I pursued my long-held passion for real estate. With a strong desire to help others achieve their dreams and the determination to make things happen, I immersed myself in the Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Counties. I quickly became involved with the Education Department and joined the Women’s Council of Realtors, soon stepping into the role of 1st Vice President of the North Lake County network.
Committed to continuous learning, I earned my Graduate Realtor Institute designation within two years, along with my PMN certification, Commitment to Excellence, and more. Now, as I near graduation from the 2024 L.E.A.D. program, I reflect on the valuable insights, growth, and inspiration gained from the experiences, discussions, and books we've shared.
On a personal level, i believe in giving back to my community. I’m an Ambassador for, and actively involved with our local Chamber of Commerce. As well, i am a member of, and the Secretary of, the Affordable Housing committee for Lake County
Last, but definitely not least, I’m grateful for a supportive husband and three pets who fill my home with love and joy.

A member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2018, she currently serves as First Vice President of the Broward Network and will take on the role of President-Elect in 2025. Michelle is highly active in her local association, holding several leadership positions, serves as a Florida Realtors Director, and contributes on various committees.
